Built-in electronic ring generator / ring receiver. Can also be used with field switchboards (AN/TTC25, 38, 39, and SB-3614) to enhance operation with DTMF dialing. Operation on standard alkaline "C: cell batteries. Low current consumption of 20ma on speech and 650ma on signalling affords up to 250 days battery life.
