Projects Unlimited AT-12M. 1" dia x .165"H. Flange mount 1.14" on ctr. Resonant frequency 6000Hz, frequency range 4500-7500Hz. Sound pressure level 68-70 dB. Voltage (Vpp) 1 to 3V. No electronics. Transforms AC voltage to sound pressure waves.
