HIGH QUALITY INDUSTRIAL PRISM BLANKS MANUFACTURED BY EASTMAN KODAK
Approximately 4000 prism blanks in original wooden crates. These are definitely in, "virgin" condition, still enclosed within their original paper and felt packages and require final polishing on the "clear" ends. The crates are marked "From Optical glass depot, Corning glass, Parkersburg, W. Va." and addressed to "Frankford Arsenal, Rochester, NY." They are WWII-era units probably intended for binoculars or perhaps gun-bomb sites. The labels on all paper packages include the following information: Drawing No. A317331 Type Glass: LBC-2 Mfg. By: Eastman Kodak Company Each prism blank measures approximately 2.19 inches long by 1.19 wide. They are molded with the drawing number (A317331) and "EK" (Eastman Kodak).
